Why We Collect Location:

Attendance Verification - To verify your physical presence at the workplace when you punch in/out
Outdoor Work Tracking - When you mark yourself as working outdoors, we capture your current location to fill the location field automatically

Location Precision: We collect both fine (GPS-based) and coarse (network-based) location data for accurate attendance tracking.

When Location is Collected: Only when you actively punch in/out or mark outdoor work. Location is NOT tracked continuously in the background.

2.4 Device Information

Device model and manufacturer
Operating system version
App version
Device ID (for session management)

3. Permissions We Request

Worksphere requests the following permissions:

MongoDB Cloud Database - Encrypted and secured with industry-standard protocols
Server Location - Cloud servers with data redundancy and backup

Single Device Login - Only one device can be logged in at a time for enhanced security

Active Employment: All data is retained while you are an active employee
After Employment: Attendance records may be retained for legal and compliance purposes as required by labor laws
Account Deletion: Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days (except data required for legal compliance)

You can view your personal information and attendance records within the app at any time.

8.2 Correction

You can update your profile information (name, phone number, etc.) through the app settings.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data by:

Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance even after account deletion.

Worksphere is intended for use by employees aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
